This website is administered by volunteers on behalf of the Masjid Ad-Dawah ila Allah Charity Organisation, based in Coventry (UK).
Coventry is a city situated in the central region of England in the United Kingdom. It has a population of approximately 310,000 people of which 4% are Muslims. The majority of these Muslims are Pakistani, Bengali and Indian origin. The first Masjid, a renovated war torn building, was acquired in 1957 and opened in 1961. Over time it became apparent that the Da’wah of this Masjid was drifting further away from Tawheed and closer to Shirk. Consequently, the Da’wah in Coventry, required a fresh start. By the grace of Allah, the early nineties saw a growing number of Muslims desiring change. By the mid-nineties, the growing community began to invite students of knowledge to give lectures, seminars and study circles.
And so in 1995 the intention was made to build a Masjid. In the year 2003 the Masjid ad-Dawah ila Allah Charity Organisation (Charity no: 1099009) was established with the aim of raising funds for that much needed Salafi Masjid.
Several other non-profit projects, events and activities began under the administration of the organisation, and continue to this day. Consequently, we have recieved encouraging support from various Scholars and our City Council alike. To read more about it please click on the relevant link below:
